Yuasa is the only battery I trust in my bikes.. Riding since 1978.. I can't think of any Yuasa that has fallen short of my expectations. Sure you can get cheaper Chinese junk batteries that work spiffy until they take a dump unexpectedly on that 433 mile trip your on...but, hey,, you DID save $28.66 over the Yuasa. Motorcycle ownership requires not skimping on certain items,,, tires, brakes, helmets, gloves,,, add batteries to that list as well.I bought my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 new in 2016. It came with a Yuasa YTX12-BS battery made in Taiwan. It's been a good battery for 6 years and still going strong, but seems to not hold a charge for as long as it used to. So I bought an exact replacement battery. I expect it to be as good as the one before it.Now, here's the thing you should know:The battery shown on the Amazon page says it was made in Reading PA 19605(another page has the zip code as 19612) USA. The battery I received says it was made in Indonesia. Now I don't mind it being from Indonesia. I've bought some really good electronics from Indonesia. However, whether it's true or not, it does make the seller seem a bit less than honest. So now that you know what you'll get, it's your choice.Easy to fill and use.I'm writing this review to state that I should have paid more attention to the positive and negative posts positions. This battery has pos on the left and neg on the right. This wont work in my 2011 sportster. However, the battery charged and functioned correctly...power wise.Quality product, ships dry, its life starts at fill up, easy to ad the electrolyte that ships with the battery.I like that this battery comes dry with pre measured acid pack. This way the battery is fresh and new when I activate it. Follow the directions carefully and this battery can last 5 years or more.PerfectNot as described. This is NOT made in the USA.The description shows a picture of the battery that says It was made in the USA, but it is not made in the USA. It’s made in Indonesia. I purchased the battery because it said “made in USA”. The seller should change the description.
